Administrator Medical Regulatory Writing (m/w/d)

 

These tasks await you

 

  • Project support, especially coordination of schedules
  • Support of the Originator Adaptation project: Compare Wörwag Pharma / AAA SmPC and PIL to the latest approved Originators for generic products
  • Participation in and coordination of team meetings at cross-departmental and cross-divisional interfaces
  • Preparation and writing of purchase requisitions
  • Maintain and coordinate the internal structure of the Global Medical Writing folders
  • Initiate change requests or other variations and upload documents into Amplexor
  • Assisting in the revision of information texts for drugs and dietary supplements (e.g. package inserts and directions for use, SmPCs, etc.)
  • Dealing with document management systems and literature databases (Amplexor, e.g. Change request, Citavi)
  • Support of the team leader Global Medical Regulatory Writing

 

What you bring with you

 

  • Successfully completed commercial training with experience in healthcare/pharmacy or similar, e.g., as a nurse, technical assistant
  • Basic understanding of medical and scientific terminology
  • Confident handling of MS-Office
  • Very good communication skills at all levels of collaboration
  • Good to very good knowledge of the English language
  • Conscientious, careful and structured way of working
  • Personality that can work both independently and as part of a team
