In order to accompany the strong growth of the company, the Global Marketing team is searching for a new colleague to reinforce the muscles behind one of their TAs to help develop and execute the global strategy.

Global Brand Manager (m/f/x) 


As a Global Brand manager, you will be supporting the Global Therapeutical Area (TA) Leader in developing and executing the TA’s global strategy - through a strong collaboration with the HQ global/ regional functions and the lead countries, the development and deployment of the global toolkits, the tracking of all Marketing activities and brand performance globally - in order to deliver the key brands’ short to long-term business objectives and targets.


Tasks & Responsibilities: 


  • Actively participate to the TA global strategy development (market research, annual Global brand plans, Marketing Summit etc)
  • Unlock unmet customer needs and actionable insights to build the global brand positioning and brand architecture
  • In collaboration with the Chief Innovation Officer, identify new products under the brand architecture that deliver a strong value proposition to all our customers
  • Lead the development and deployment of the global toolkits in close collaboration with Global Medical Affairs and the lead countries
  • Track the local Marketing activities and brand performance to review the effectiveness of the support tools and enable best practice sharing
  • Support and collaborate with the countries to ensure strong understanding and buy-in of the global strategy, and adequate localization of the global strategy & toolkits
  • Work closely with the Launch team to secure new product launches, build ambitious business cases and optimize the portfolio
  • Contribute to building Marketing Excellence within Wörwag Marketing community globally




  • At least 8 years of relevant Marketing-related experience and proven track record in delivering best-in-class customer experience across multiple touchpoints
  • Ideally a mix of local and international experience
  • A great understanding of consumers/patients, doctors and pharmacists
  • Strong analytical skills, operational excellence combined with the ability to think strategically and see the “big picture”
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and get outside the comfort zone; growth mindset
  • Ability to build trustful relationships with our colleagues in the headquarters such as Global Medical Affairs and the local teams – and to enjoy cross-functional teamwork
  • Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
