Global Research Specialist (m/f/x)


The Global Research Specialist will help to grow the customer centricity approach across the organization.


These tasks await you


  • Working closely with internal clients (Global and Local Marketing) to set complex business goals and identify information and insights needed to inform strategic decisions
  • Collecting and studying information about customers, trends, products, and services to direct our future business and marketing plans
  • Choosing the right supplier and approach to design, administer, and interpret various types of market researches
  • Working with data analysts and integrating different information sources to translate consumer data into functional and accessible recommendations to change or revise a product, service, marketing strategy, or sales tactic
  • Holding a central position for the evaluation of innovation ideas and candidates (quantitative as well as qualitative)
  • Developing strong client and vendor relationships to deliver consumer information that has a direct impact on our business goals and ROI
  • Ensuring that the Commercial Strategy is supplied with the information for the decision making
  • Managing market research projects and generate insights
  • Support innovation process by delivering insights for business decisions


What you bring with you


  • Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, mathematics, or natural sciences
  • At least 4-5 years of professional experience in the market research and thereof at least 2 years in Pharma
  • Experience with a variety of new product, brand, advertising, and customer satisfaction research methods
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical modeling and analysis. Confident in dealing with the relevant databases and MS Office tools
  • Eager to learn and strengthen market research expertise
  • Team player with international mindset
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Fluent English is a must
