Team Lead Customer Service & Logistics (m/f/x) 




  • Group-wide process responsibility for customer order processing and delivery of goods (order acceptance, invoicing, delivery, returns and customer complaints)
  • Coordination and monitoring of logistics processes
  • Monitoring of stock levels and bookings, including stocktaking
  • Supervision, control and selection of national and international logistics service providers (warehousing and transport)
  • Ensuring compliance in the areas of customs and preferential law and foreign trade
  • Ongoing process and cost optimization, as well as management of projects with the goal of process improvements
  • Key user responsibility for the SAP SD module
  • Further development of logistics reporting and its KPI's
  • Leadership and promotion of employees, including their competence development




  • Successfully completed commercial studies, ideally with a focus on logistics
  • Sound knowledge of logistics, in particular order processing, distribution concepts and freight forwarding
  • Knowledge of customs and foreign trade law is an advantage
  • At least 7-10 years of professional experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English
  • SAP knowledge - module SD, as well as good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Affinity for continuous process improvement and digitalization solutions
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness
  • High level of commitment and ability to work under pressure
  • Healthy mix of strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, as well as a proactive hands on mentality complete your profile
