Team Lead Technology Transfer - Pharmaceutical Development (m/f/x) 

 

 

 

Transfer of the Idea to the Product ready for the market via Development Projects is the main task of Product Development Department in Wörwag Pharma. We are responsible for more then 30 innovative and life-cycle projects.

 

 

Tasks & Responsibilities: 

 

  • You are responsible for implementation of tech transfer projects (transfer from development to production but also for site-to-site transfers) and compliance programs
  • You lead, support and develop the team of PMs, who are  responsible for life-cycle projects
  • You are responsible for overall budget, timelines and quality aspects of the projects in your area
  • You are responsible for coordination and cooperation with external partners – CMOs, CDMOs
  • You are responsible for cross-divisional coordination and cooperation with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Medical Affairs, Marketing and Purchasing
  • You are responsible for continuous improvement of relevant processes

 

Requirements: 

 

  • You have a degree in pharmacy, chemical eng., pharmaceutical technology or comparable
  • You have minimum 10 years of experience in different phases of development projects in pharmaceutical industry
  • You have experience in management of tech transfer and/or development projects (experience in manufacturing of pharmaceutical products is advantage)
  • You have already gained experience in leading project teams in pharmaceutical companies
  • You understand Project Management principles and you are familiar with the tools and methods commonly used in project management
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements and relevant pharmaceutical and GMP knowledge is necessary
  • You are responsible, communicative, team player and assertive
  • You have very good English skills and a moderate willingness to travel
